| Neil Warshafsky, CCIM, RPA, MIMA, has over the past 30 years been involved in a multitude of complex transactions in many types of commercial real estate in both Canada and the United States. He has an Honours B.A. in Business and Urban Planning. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) and MIMA (Member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors), Neil Warshafsky has vast experience in the structuring of real estate transactions both dealing with distressed real estate and the repositioning of assets. Neil was the 2004/05 President of CCIM Central Canada Chapter. He was Number 10 in Canada for all of RE/MAX in 2003, and has achieved the status of RE/MAX Hall of Fame, as well achieving Platinum status for the last four years. In early 1996, he formed Focus Point Realty Corporation which was acquired in 1999, by RE/MAX Commercial Focus Inc., a commercial only brokerage company, which expanded to 25 commercial specialists. In 2007 he formed a RE/MAX Commercial Advisors Inc. with his long standing partner Fraser MacDonald. Neil has sold many forms of real estate over the years and has sold in excess of $300 million over the past five years. He received the Chairman designation, Hall of Fame recognition and was the top I.C.I. agent in Canada within RE/MAX. |

Upon graduating from University in 1985, Bruce moved to Calgary to pursue an athletic career as a Provincial level bobsleigh athlete. His attitude and performance were exemplary.
